Where is Dragonfly Dreams?

Our New Name
We started Dragonfly Dreams seven years ago and with your help, we have grown from a small Internet Business specialising in Lavender and Lace, to one of the largest specialist needlework stores in Australia. When we first opened our store at Katoomba three years ago, we kept the name Dragonfly Dreams, but unfortunately this has caused confusion. People think that Dragonfly Dreams is a Chinese Restaurant, Tattoo Parlour, a New Age Crystal store or even recently, a house of ill repute. It was definitely time for a change.
We spent hours, looking for just the right name. A name that would let both our needlework and new patchwork customers know exactly who we were. After much agonising, heated discussions and lots of searching databases for company names and trademarks, we decided upon "The Stitching Post™".
With our new name, also comes a brand new website. We hope you like the new design. We have tried to achieve a rustic, prim feel and appreciate your feedback. A lot of time was spent on this new site, building in all the features you have requested. You will notice our improved Wishlist feature, we listened and you can now share your Wishlists with friends via email, and even lookup a friends Wishlist to find them the perfect present. Plus we have increased security of your private information even further.
Other than our name, nothing else is going to change. We will still have the same service, still bring you the latest products from Australia, the USA and overseas. We hope that you will join us at The Stitching Post™, where friends gather together for simpler times.
Regards,
Karen, Brendon & Mel
